  • What is your policy on refunds? 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We want to provide you with a risk-free shopping experience. We trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer, therefore If at any time within 3 days of receiving your offer you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. Just contact us, send the product back to us, then we will provide you with a full refund.

Items need to be in original condition, with all swing tags and unworn. Once your return arrives to us, we will review it and contact you via email in regards to processing your refund/exchange.

 

  • When will I receive my order?

For orders within Europe & UK, allow up to 1-2 weeks.

Please allow up to 14-21 business days from the purchase date for your parcel to arrive for US, Australia, Canada and New-Zealand orders.

Length of time can vary depending on delivery location, but your treasure will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.

 

  • Currency checkout

The Mojo Soul process all orders in AUD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in EUR or your own country currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

 

  • Where do you ship to?

We ship mostly worldwide. However, some special items might not be available worldwide yet, but you can see the details at any time on the shop!

 

  • Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
